Strawberry Jam

  I've been wanting to make fresh strawberry jam for many years now. I finally made the trip out to Amish Country this week and this particular family had 2 flats left. I bought one of the flats and was able to make approximately 30 half-pints of jam. Some of it will be sold to help our Iberia Bible Quizzers earn money to go to the World Quiz.
 I'm looking forward to more canning this summer! I'm hoping to make some salsa next week!
